PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP (PPG)

At the end of the summer we are going to be reforming our PPG. If you are interested in joining the PPG then please let the reception team know.

Home Visits

Doctor's bag

If you require medical attention and genuinely cannot get to the surgery the doctor may visit you at home.

To request a home visit please telephone the surgery before 10.30am and give the receptionist as much information as possible.

Please remember it is the doctors decision as to whether a visit will be made.
