Named GP

In April 2015 NHS England amended the NHS GP Contract. Gp surgeries now must have an allocated GP for all registered patients. At West End Medical Centre all patients have an allocated GP. This is the Doctor we registered you with. If you would like to know who your allocated GP is then please ask at Reception.

Please note that you can see any GP of your preference, It doesn’t have to be your allocated/registered GP. These changes will not affect the care you receive at West End Medical Centre.
